Accessibility Statement

Escalate Property Management LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) (opens in a new tab) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. This website (escalatepropertymanagement.com) is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard; the known limitations are listed below.

Measures to support accessibility

Escalate Property Management LLC takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of this website:

  • Include accessibility as part of our website requirements and when we add new pages or content.
  • Use a theme and page builder (WordPress with the Kadence theme) that provide a keyboard-accessible menu, a “Skip to content” link, a declared page language and semantic page structure.
  • Provide text alternatives for images, labels for every form field, descriptive link text, and visible keyboard focus on links and buttons.
  • Run automated accessibility testing on every page of the site at desktop and mobile screen sizes, and fix the issues found (see “Assessment approach” below).
  • Offer a telephone and email contact so anyone who has difficulty with the website can get the same information and help another way.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Assessment approach

Escalate Property Management LLC assessed the accessibility of this website by self-evaluation. On October 21, 2026 every page of the site was tested with the axe-core automated accessibility engine (version 4.14) in a Chromium browser, at a desktop (1366 px) and a mobile (390 px) screen size, against the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules, together with a manual check of keyboard navigation, the skip link, heading structure and image text alternatives. The issues found (insufficient color contrast on tan buttons and a skipped heading level on two notice pages) were corrected the same day, and the automated tests were run again with no remaining WCAG 2.1 A/AA violations reported. No third-party audit or certification has been performed.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may have limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

  • Text placed over photographs and background images: automated tools cannot measure the contrast of text shown over images (for example in the home-page banners), so these areas were checked by eye only. If any text is hard to read, please let us know and we will adjust it.
  • Linked government documents (PDF): the New York State Department of State and HUD notices linked from this site are published by those agencies; we cannot change their accessibility. The same information is also available from us by phone or email on request.
  • Resident, owner and employee portals: the portal links in the footer open a third-party system (Rent Manager) that we do not control. If you cannot use a portal, contact our office and we will assist you directly.
  • Contact form: the form is provided by a third-party plugin (WPForms). Its fields are labeled, but if the form does not work with your assistive technology you can reach us by phone or email instead.
  • Automated testing has limits: automated tools detect only part of the possible accessibility barriers, so we cannot guarantee that every page is free of issues.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers:

We try to respond to feedback within 5 business days. When you contact us, please tell us the page address (URL) and the problem you experienced, and which browser or assistive technology you were using.
